Krowne Law (“KL”) does not automatically collect any information about you or your device used to access this web site.

If you user our Contact Form, you will be sending us your email address and any free-form information you elect to provide in the message subject and body.

This information will be treated as confidential by us; however, the information will be sent via email to us with no encryption in transmission and potentially no encryption in one or more storage locations.  I.e., the information will be sent in “clear text” and subject only to standard email service security (i.e., password protection).   Therefore, please do not send us sensitive information through the Contact Form of this web site.

Please also be advised that preliminary communications with us, as with any attorney or law firm, do not establish an attorney-client relationship.  An attorney-client relationship can only be formed by express agreement with Krowne Law.

Nevertheless, any confidential information you send us in any form prior to an engagement (or even in the case of no engagement) is protected by attorney-client confidentiality (i.e., no non-disclosure agreement, or NDA, is needed).
